Prior to the course, we will provide you with an information package on the venue, the participants and the teaching assignment. In addition, we will also ask prior to the course whether any materials, such as flip chart and technical equipment for hybrid teaching, are required. Should something be missing, please let us know. We are always available.

The venues may vary depending on the study program. To name just a few of them: Hamburg, Koblenz, Berlin and Vienna. In addition, there are programs that take place almost exclusively online. We will directly provide you with further information.

The scope of teaching varies, from two teaching units to five days of teaching, everything can be included. The scope is always discussed directly with each individual lecturer and requested accordingly. The teaching assignments and their remuneration are based on teaching units. One teaching unit comprises 45 minutes.

The scope of work required for the preparation and follow-up of teaching varies depending on the proportion of the teaching units. The follow-up activities of your work may also include the supervision of students’ project papers. Of course, you will be reimbursed separately for this activity. We will be pleased to talk to you personally about the exact details.

The remuneration varies according to qualification and experience. You will receive the exact key data directly from us upon request.

All Bundeswehr facilities are referred to as military areas. In addition to barracks and training areas, they also include all other installations, facilities and vessels of the Bundeswehr, such as Bundeswehr hospitals, Bundeswehr universities or office rooms rented by the Bundeswehr. In restricted military areas, special rules apply – not only to visitors, but also to the service members themselves. For example, restricted military areas are closed for public access. This means that they may only be entered with an access authorization. Guard personnel and security forces, such as the military police, have legal powers of intervention in these areas in order to effectively protect members and material of the Bundeswehr and allied armed forces.

This means that, as a lecturer of HSU/UniBw H, you must always carry your personal identity card when entering and staying on the premises of HSU/UniBw H. You may then enter the premises of HSU/UniBw H in exchange for your ID card. The ZWW team will register you at the guard in advance.

Please register at the HSU/UniBw H guard. The guard personnel will then assign you a parking lot.

HSU/UniBw H uses the ILIAS program as a learning platform. At the beginning of the course, you will receive guest access that can be used for directly uploading your presentation documents etc. Alternatively, the ZWW team will be happy to do this for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your travel and accommodation expenses will, of course, be reimbursed by HSU/UniBw H in accordance with the Federal Travel Allowances Act. You will receive a teaching assignment document from us together with a reimbursement form. Please use this form to request reimbursement of your travel and accommodation expenses. The reimbursement will then be made together with the remuneration for the teaching assignment.
